Description Hand coloured. Size 41cm x 51cm (16" x 20"). The story of a submarine boat. The idea was to have two steel-ribbed balloons to fill or empty as they wanted to go up or down and a valve to open and shut for the same purpose. The inventor and his man were to busy to attend to their steering and ran smack into a sunken wreck.
